First Lady Michelle Obama is set to make her rounds on the commencement speech circuit and will give commencement addresses at three very lucky schools.
The First Lady will begin her commencement schedule on May 8. She’s set to speak at the oldest historically black college in the state of Arkansas, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
Mrs. Obama will also make an appearance at George Washington University, but only if the students, faculty and staff are able to complete a combined total of 100,000 hours of community service, which the First Lady requested. According to the First Lady’s office she is scheduled to give commencement remarks there May 16.
The First Lady will also address the high school graduating class of Anacostia Senior High School in Washington on June 11, as well. Mrs. Obama had visited the school Spring of 2009.
Meanwhile, President Obama is set to give the commencement addresses at the University of Michigan, Hampton University in Virginia, and a yet unnamed high school.
